Good and perfect fit, but the rough spots and some sharp points here and there can make installation something to pay attention to because it can give you minor cuts on your hands.

We got some wire garage shelving and once we started putting items up there we realized how easy it would be for some of them to wobble off of the open side. Of course they didn't sell a divider so I looked for one the same depth as the shelf and came across this. I know this is made for a specific kind of shelf but I was hoping given the design (and hefty price) there would be some slight give on the ends so it could snap into the grid of the shelf. It's literally 1/8" from being able to do that no matter what we did. Some zip ties at some key points made it so that we could have some security with our cooler not swan diving. The price on this ($20 at the time of purchase) is insane or the review would be higher.

bought this for my 18" wire shelving unit, but it was a few millimeters longer and we couldn't get it to fit.

a good product, mounts easily, good for most items but because of the reality of the shelf design will not support overly heavy items. But since it is not designed (I think) to do that, this is really a great product. We are using it in a kitchen setting in conjunction with the shelf supports and they are supporting baking pans and cutting boards well.

Exactly what I needed to make shelves the most useful. Didn't measure and am very lucky I got the right size. I would buy again when I need more and probably will for the other shelves.
