This pcv hose is fits easily but when hose get warm it collapses on it self causing air leak code. Spend a little more and get a better one.

Purchased this for an '05 Toyota Corolla. Fitment was not a problem but recently the engine developed somewhat of a purring noise that I was unable to diagnose. The local towing and repair shop found that this hose had collapsed and was causing a vacuum problem that was the source of the noise.$127 later for diagnosis, OEM replacement, and installation, the noise is gone and the car is fixed.Moral of the story is to stick with OEM quality replacement parts, even for something as seemingly innocuous as a PCV valve hose.

The ventilation hose fit fine! I have an 04 Toyota Corolla that the hose was installed on, recently noticed hose was very soft and easily collapses, found the hose to be collapsing right before bend at pcv valve. Engine had been inconsistent in its operation, I think the heat in engine compartment broke the hose material down and it lost its integrity. Toyota 1.8 L engines give off a lot of heat in engine bay.

I wasn't really sure if it was going to fit on my vechile because it didn't look like the old one I had on there 100%. Not only did it fit but it also was way easier to install i had to work the old clips a little but the whole project took me less then ten minutes.
