perfectly helpful. i cannot add charms to my bracelet with out it! It shipped very quickly. i had to watch a video on how to use it but that’s ok.

Love this tool It made putting the charms on and removing them very easy! I would recommend this tool for anyone with an Italian bracelet. I would even buy this again.

I found some difficulty using this tool on my Clearly Charming Shiny Starter Italian Charm 18 Link Bracelet at first but once it came together it really helped setting up my bracelet to the perfect look. I do wish they would have included a guide to help show you how to work the tool, but I've found myself using it to swap certain charms into different positions and it only taking a minute or so.
