I use these in my ice bath after working out. My hands used to freeze in there, but now they are nice and warm compared to the rest of my body. This helps me last longer in the ice bath. This is a great product.

I was looking to do some windsurfing mid fall and realized my hands being cold were the toughest part of doing this. I found these gloves on Amazon after calling a couple stores down the Cape that really had nothing. These things were great, inexpensive, I have used them a bunch of times. They feel good. My whole body feels warmer with these. And I haven’t lost them yet, I guess because they are my first goto when I have hit the water ever since. I went on a polar plunge for new years, and yes I kind of cheated, and wore the gloves, ha. They are the best thing I have gotten recently. So far they hold up great, and I am tough with things like this. I highly recommend this brand. You will be happy.

The size small was a little bigger than my hands so I had returned it to get an xsmall. I have very small hands size 4.5 ring fingers, but it definitely works to keep my hands from not feeling like they are going to fall off in icy waters.

Great gloves, nice and warm even in winter. Only complaint is some light fraying around the velcro, but for the price I'm not too upset about that!

The fit was good for me (Large). The velcro wrist wraps hold up fairly well, and the gloves are plenty warm SCUBA diving down to 50 degrees F, but the fingers wear out pretty quickly. I managed to make them last for 15 dives in water from 60 degrees down to 45 degrees with some discomfort at the lowest temps indicated, but a hole in one of the fingers was the primary culprit. For the price, it's really not a bad deal, just be careful with rubbing the finger tips on rocks, etc. The grip was very good compared to other gloves I have used as well

These gloves fit TIGHT. I have XL large hand 4.5" width. The "grippers" on the inner hand are not rubber and do not help you grip. I use for snow blowing and they are too tight, too warm, and do not grip at all. They are super warm though and cause my hands to sweat. I do not dive so it would be hard to comment on this product for that use.
