Update --- they sent me a replacement product very quickly.----We bought this item based on the reviews, size/height, and the fact it comes with nice breathable, removable cover for easy cleaning.However, it arrived at our house today and already came with defects. The zipper that is supposed to keep the removable cover together immediately fell off and would not re-attach. Inside the removable cover, there is another layer of mesh cover that protects the memory foam. The mesh cover is already yellow-ish despite being brand-new.I can live with slight discoloration, but the defective zipper is preventing me from using the cover (which is one of the reasons I purchased this item). I've reached out to the seller's warranty department and will update my review once I hear back.

My twins love it. I was scared they weren’t going to like it because they didn’t like the bassinet but it’s soft like my bed they sleep the whole night.
