This neck harness in my opinion is the middle ground between the cheap neck harnesses and the expensive ones. The one I previously had was on the cheap side and this one is much better. It provides much better stability around my head so it doesn't move when I am doing neck flexions or extensions.The next tier up are the neck harnesses that cost $60 or more but this one should suffice most people out there. I would definitely recommend it over the tier below it and would only move up to the expensive tier if you really want to spend the extra money or have to have the best of everything.I workout my neck two times per week and this neck harness should last me a long time.
