Three things impress me about these screws and make them stand out from other options I have used. 1) the end of the screw has a portion that has no threads to help guide it quickly into the tapped 12-24 screw hole. 2) they are made of steel which makes it much harder to deform the Philips head when securing equipment to a rack, not aluminum as are some others which can either deform easily when tightening, or have the head snap off entirely, 3) this screw fits a Philips #3 driver which allows for easier installation when using a drill with adjustable torque, and can also be used with a #2, but #3 is the best and proper fit.

Package arrived in a timely manner. All screws were present in the package. Then they all screwed into their respective holes as intended.

Built a half rack at home in my office - needed these screws for the components. Occasionally needed to re-screw the same self-tapped hole, which lends to all but destroying the screw head - but I knew this going in and bought sufficient for the job
