I make my dog homemade dog food in my instant pot and when it's done cooking I add some of this to the food and mix in well. Works great..............and so far no complaints from my dog......

I bought this vitamins for my dog because she has some back and bone issues and I put it in her food every morning. She loves the taste. She doesn’t turn away from her food. I definitely recommend this product.

Very pleased with this. We make our own dog food. It has been good for our dog’s calcium and phosphorus needs. Thanks .

Started working pretty much instantly - within a day or two of adding this to my dog’s meals I could see a difference in her digestion as she was no longer experiencing soft stools.

Nice product, but my main problem with the packaging was why the seller opted to put a sticker with a barcode right on top of the "directions and powder daily dosage ". I had to take it out very slowly to make sure I can read how much powder to put on my dog's food.

My dog that has not had an indoor “accident” for some 4-5 years started having diarrhea when I used this product. The first time I received this calcium supplement it looked different and did not cause issues with my dog. However, the second time I purchased this product the powder looked noticeably different in its color and texture. I figured it was a normal thing related to how they source ingredients, etc.As I trace back the time that my dog started having issues it was when we got this second batch of the product. He was acting uncomfortable in his own skin, constantly fidgeting and changing positions. I actually had to take him to the vet and paid $115 to have him checked out after a week of random diarrhea episodes. As soon as I removed this tainted calcium supplement from his diet he almost immediatley went back to normal. Something is up with this product.

My 15-year-old doxie started having issues with her gallbladder and pancreas. She was vomiting, losing weight and her coat had lost its luster. In addition to meds to help with the sludge build-up in her gallbladder, she needed a low-fat food and the prescription type was very expensive, so I decided to start making her food myself.I started with the lowest fat ground turkey (93% fat-free) I could find, then added brown rice or sweet potatoes (sometimes both), green beans or broccoli, low-fat chicken broth, and a little olive oil. I knew this was lacking some vitamins so I also gave her a multivitamin and a drop or two of cranberry extract as a preventative as she is prone to bladder infections. After feeding her this diet for 6 weeks I took her to the vet for her check-up. (She had been diagnosed with the gallbladder issue and this was a re-check.)The vet was thrilled to see how well she was doing! She had gained back a pound, her coat looked shiny, her energy was good and she had stopped having tummy issues when I started her on this food. The only thing the vet said was that she needed a calcium-phosphorus supplement as unlike dogs in the wild, she is not eating bones which is where homemade foods tend to be lacking. This is when I started looking at calcium-phosphorus supplements.I found NaturVet's product on another website but ordered it off Amazon as I could get it quickly at the same price. The 1-pound container of this supplement is not full when you open it, however, this was no surprise. The powder is finely ground and there is a small scoop in the container with directions on the exterior of the container as to suggested dosages for various sizes of dogs.I made up my dog's food and added 1/2 scoop of this supplement to the mix. I noted no particular scent to the powder, and it disappeared into the food as I mixed it - no clumping. I think it would mix well into gravies and broth to pour over a dog's food too.My dog gobbled up her food with this in the mix as though nothing new was added. She didn't seem put off by any new scent or flavor. The supplement was easy to use, wasn't offensive to me or my dog, and gives my dog's homemade food the nutritional boost it needed to help my senior girl maintain strong bones. I like it and I believe it's a quality product worth considering.===================================📌 The following product information has been taken from the NatureVet website.Guaranteed Analysis per 11cc (included) scoop:Crude Protein (Min.) 11.7%Crude Fat (Min.) 2.1%Crude Fiber (Max.) 0.0%Moisture (Max.) 2.5%Ash (Max.) 84.8%Dicalcium Phosphate 4.5gCalcium 3gCalcium (Dicalcium Phosphate & Calcium Carbonate) (Min.) 23.3%Calcium (Dicalcium Phosphate & Calcium Carbonate) (Max.) 30.8%Phosphorus (Dicalcium Phosphate) (Min.) 9.9%Vitamin D3 (Min.) 350 IU=========================================Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Natural Flavoring, Vitamin D3 Supplement===========================================Feeding Directions: (Daily):Up to 24 lbs. 1/2 scoop (1 teaspoon)25 to 45 lbs. 1 scoop (2 teaspoons)46 to 70 lbs. 1-1/2 scoop (3 teaspoons)71 to 100 lbs. 2 scoop (4 teaspoons)==============================================
