I was a little iffy to purchase a door from Amazon, but given the fact my house is 2x6 construction vs 2x4 construction my options for an exterior door were...limited at the typical "big box" stores for home improvement. I am very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the door given the price. The product was shipped with care and the delivery was on time!Being the door was primarily glass I was concerned about shipping, however the vendor took great care to make sure this would not be an issue. The product was shipped on two pallets (for stability) and had a framing built around the door (still in the box) to ensure minimal "accidents" could occur.The door and frame arrived in great condition, I have since installed the door. No issues - Fit was great! Only needed to trim some of the exterior trim pieces to fit the already cut portion of the exterior hardy plank siding. Instructions are included for those who have never done an exterior door install. For a first timer expect the project to last around 4 hours - including taking out the old door, cleaning wood rot (if you have any), prepping the rough opening, framing, to finish work. I did this just by myself, no issues! I look forward to the rainy season this winter to see how the door holds out the elements. Given the fact the frame and the threshold are built much more robust than a typical door I have no worries!
