Door was delivered with missing parts, I contacted National Door Company with no response. Very poor customer service. Other than no customer service the door seems good quality.

I purchased this door to replace the odd size patio door in my primary home. It was packaged well and was fairly simple to install. It is consistent with the grade of our home which is important when replacing large items in an older home. The overall quality of the door is good has met all of our expectations.

I found this door on Amazon after my local home improvement stores didn't carry the odd size that I needed. It is a very nice door. Good build quality, much more energy efficient than the old one I replaced and the blinds between the glass is great. Very easy to use and looks so much more elegant and clean than having blinds or curtains hanging over the doors. Installation went smoothly. Also, the delivery of the door was on time and there were no issues with the delivery. I was hesitant about buying something like this through Amazon but it turned out to be a great experience.

Our door was delivered looking like this. We had ordered two doors. One came in on a pallet and was perfectly packaged. This door(second door) was delivered as shown. The delivery team told me that the door with its original packaging would not fit in his truck so he removed it from the pallet and other supports to put it in his truck for delivery. We have not installed the door or inspected it well yet but if there is an issue we are looking at another 2 months for delivery of a new door. 🤦♀️

This is a really nice slider. It works well and is easy to open and close. The blinds between the glass panels is really cool. And it has an E rating, so hopefully it will keep the hit and cold air out.
