Your cart is empty.When installing harnesses in your Kawasaki TERYX you will find that the computer system detects when you’re not wearing your seat belt and will interrupt the ignition to a maximum speed of 15 mph. For safety, this is a great idea when using stock seat belts, but not a good thing when you have installed aftermarket 4 or 5-point harnesses. This seat belt bypass for has been designed to close the open loop system when you install 4 or 5-point harnesses and allows you to use the full potential of your high output machine. Don’t go through the hassle of cutting wires, all you have to do is unplug the old and install the new. No wiring or wire cutting required, simple plug & play installation. Required for use of any 4-point or 5-point harnesses restraints. Only 1 bypass is needed per vehicle. this plug and play override clips make this easy to bypass the safety sensor when the factory seat belt is removed (driver side). No cutting and splicing, just plug it in and ride on!

Bought this for my new krx. I know I should always buckle up but if I’m taking it easy or going around the farm I really don’t want the hassle. The krx limits the speed to 8 mph if the drivers seatbelt isn’t buckled so I got this. Also I plan to install harnesses in the future so the bypass would be necessary

It took care of the seat belt limp mode on my teryx4. No more having to keep the seat belt buckled just to move the bike around.

While I believe in wearing my seat belt while riding, it is nice when working around the yard so you don't have to keepunbuckling to get in and out

For those saying "wear your seatbelt"....we do. Our 2021 Teryx4 sensor is bad, and even though seatbelt was on, the sensor would suddenly go off in the middle of trail riding and we would lose all power. We were too concerned about this issue happening while in the midst of a hill climb....a time when you really can't afford to lose power to your machine. So this bypass simply solved that issue for us, we continue to always wear our seatbelts, but this made the safety concern of losing power go away.

Worked perfect way better then when I had to use a beer tab, piece of wire and electrical tape on a trail. Been running this bypass for months with no issues.
