Very cute and and easy to use. It's comfortable and doesn't feel heavy or dig into your shoulder.

I like this pouch for mushroom Hunting but it could be used for anything really. Having the bag right there and you have your handd free is great. The material is durable and it works better than I thought it would. I was afraid it would be in the way, but it's not.

I order this with the intention of mushrooming but this bag is incredibly handy for rock hounding ;)As a general purpose bag this has been awesome. The mesh is durable and the construction quality is nicely finished. It’s very lightweight, easy to pack, and the price was good at the time I ordered.I would like slightly more structure for soft mushrooms, but that a personal preference. Overall we’ve enjoyed it for a few different applications and I’d gladly recommend it

My husband and I forage mushrooms a lot. I was excited about the size of this bag. My favorite feature is the ability to fold the bag into its tool pouch for storage. Before using this, I did wash it in hot water with a little vinegar. I do not recommend using any detergents as the material will hold onto a certain amount of the chemicals that can transfer to your harvest. When the wild harvest season is over, I will wash with hotwater and vinegar again before storing it for the winter. There are some great pros to this bag.* 1.25" wide, adjustable carry strap. * Large main pouch, can hold a lot of mushrooms* 8" x 8" Tool pouch with snap * Bag can be folded and tucked into the tool pouch* Big enough for large mushrooms such as corral, lion's main, and bear's head* Easy to washAfter an afternoon of foraging, I turn the bag inside out and spray it off with the hose over my compost. I hang it to dry. Doing this rinses off any dirt and bugs on it and puts any remaining spores into my compost. There are three improvements I would like to see: 1) a secure flap to cover the main pouch, 2) a mesh bottom, and 3) a wider strap. A flap secured with small magnets, velcro, or a couple of snaps would help protect your harvest while hiking, especially when the bag is full, or close to. The solid bottom does not allow the spores to drop as you walk and doesn't breathe as well as I would like. Plus, a mesh bottom would allow dirt and bugs to fall out.If you forage for mushrooms, you should be using a mesh bag. While not perfect in my opinion, this bag is a great value for the price ($13.99 at time of review).

Every spring and fall my family and I head out to find mushrooms. This excellent forager's bag is just what was needed. The main compartment is appropriately aerated with soft, breathable mesh. This also helps keep the mushrooms fresh and in good condition in case you want to transplant/regrow them. The bag also has a side pocket which is very handy to carry small, yet essential tools such as a mushroom knife and brush. We also found that this bag is great for harvesting vegetables from our garden and even for collecting shells and other small treasures at the beach. The bag is very light yet well constructed and stitching seems adequate- no loose threads. My family members tend to fill the bag to its maximum without issue. This is an excellent foraging bag.

I used this for the first time yesterday in our garden. The vines are so thick that it's difficult to carry a pail filled with freshly picked tomatoes. This bag made the job so much easier. I was able place the tomatoes right in the bag that I was able to comfortably carry with the adjustable strap. It even has a pocket on the front where I placed tape and scissors to tie up the falling vines and I didn't have to put down the bag. After emptying out the tomatoes, I was able to rinse out the bag and hang it up to quickly dry. This will definitely be getting lots of use and seems like it will last as it is well made. Highly recommended.

….I fully realize this is a net mushroom bag, not a grocery bag, but even so it seems a little too lightweight to hold up in the woods where we forage. It will certainly work, but the string bags we’ve been using for years seem better suited to our purposes.I’m sure other will find it suitable though….
