- Store your jewelry in a fabric-lined jewelry case, or in a box with compartments and dividers.
- Causes of Oxidation: sweat, perfume, lotion, hot spring, chlorine from the swimming pool… The temperature, humidity and pH value of environment are also reasons of oxidation speed.
- Avoid keeping at a damp or a high humidity environment. The sulfur in hot spring will cause the sulfurization and change the color of jewelry. Please do not bring the jewelry to the bath room or steam room. Please dry the jewelry immediately when wet.
- Avoid contacting with any chemical compound products, like sun screen, cosmetics, perfume, mousse spray, detergent and chlorine from the swimming pool…
- Avoid dropping to a hard surface and tapping vigorously.
- All plating jewelry should be kept in dry, avoid damp and friction. If not wearing, please use a dry cloth to clean the surface and put into a zip bag to slow the oxidation.

I knew that it was gonna be a risk buying a ring at this price point that claimed to be Alexandrite but lab created Alexandrite exists.As soon as the ring arrived, I noted that the stones did not match the stone in my engagement ring, which is a lab created Alexandrite. Alexandrite shifts colors based off lighting, being turquoise in most natural lighting and lavender in most artificial lighting. A way you can gauge if your Alexandrite is really Alexandrite is that it fluoresces under blacklight, so I went and tested it. This ring does not color shift or fluoresce. It's just some random lavender stone. If you can't do Alexandrite, make a ring with an alternative birthstone such as pearl or moonstone.

I ordered 2 rings at the same exact time in the same size 10 just different birthstones, and the alexandrite ring was sent in a size 5. I returned and reordered and was sent a size 5 again.The garnett ring came in the correct size and fits well.

Pretty ring but it runs big

It's a well made ring, pretty color and design. However, unless they sent me the wrong size, it runs big - almost a 1/2-1 size too big.
