If it was built correctly in the first place , i wouldnt have had to replace it The weakest section is at the point of force. More of a manufacturers poor design and the replacement part is not reinforced.

If you look at the Troy-bilt website for Super Broncoyou see a lot of complaints about handles that bend. Mine also bent. So I just bolted some metal angle iron to the handles. Problem solved.
