Second time I used. It the mop head separated from handle and could not reattach. Purchased Mr Clean refill head (blue) but it is worse. Not absorbent, won’t wring and leaves blue stains on everything it touches.

Brand new. Cannot even get the cone to go down over the mop. Useless.

I kept this mop longer than I should have because I dread going to look for a box and drop it off, mop is completely useless. I was not able to twist at all, UPS never piked up and i ended up paying $15 for the box to return it, horrible.

I love this mop! Just twist while pushing the cone down to solve any wringing problems. I got mine at Dollar General store and it was only $11. I also got the refill. This mop is much higher quality than our other one which wasn’t a Mr. Clean. This mop has a lot more cotton fibers.

I love this mop. I like to use a cotton mop but you always have to wring them out with your hands, so this was really great. It is a little hard to wring but if it was not a tight fit then it would not wring out. I have ceramic floor tiles and it works wonderful on them. I know my 11-year-old daughter might have difficulty wringing the mop or maybe someone older, but it should not be a problem otherwise. Thank you so much for coming up with a good old cotton mop, as these work the best, and then adding in the wringer so you do not have to get your hands in the mop water. Congrats!!

I have yet to figure out how to wring this mop out. It's probably me, but I can't make it work.

This is a wonderful concept that needs improvement. First problem: wringer mechanism requires a lot of strength to depress. Second problem: mop is so thick, wringer mechanism could not be depressed initially. A call to customer service elicited the advice to remove some of the strings from the mop. These pulled out very easily, but I had to remove more than "one or two" as advised to get the wringer mechanism over the mop.Third problem: The strings are held onto the mop with a simple plastic band, and now that I removed some of the strings, the remaining strings are not adequately held into place. They can just fall off now.Takes a long time to dry.I made a second call to customer service, and was offered a free mop of my choosing to replace this mop.Service is great, and I feel sorry for this vendor.
