At first I thought the clamp was too small to fit the stock handlebars on my Strada Novara road bike from REI. However, after removing the optional spacing pads, it fit just fine. The action of the clamping and releasing is a bit abrupt. It does not ratchet smoothly like the one I use in my car, but it seems to hold OK. I will try it out for a while and see how it does.

It didn't come with any instructions, but it's pretty self-explanatory if you've used any phone mount. It comes with 2 inserts so you can fit it into whatever sized handle bar you may need with ease.Easy to install and firm grasp on my e-scooter for a simple mount to use for scooting around town. It can hold my S24 Ultra snugly, but with not a ton of clearance on the sides so I have to slide it over the top. It's not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind.All in all, it's very versatile and holds a large phone. It's easy to remove your phone with one hand and secured it on to a bike, scooter, or whatever bar you want.
