And yes while it is a REALLY nice piece and built very well, it is not a 100% cure against your scoot being absconded with, but then what really is anyway? It does make the task of taking the bike a whole lot harder because that front wheel is NOT gonna roll so it has to packed, only the really hardcore thief is up for that, most steal the easy marks. I do recommend this AND I am using a couple on my own bikes.

A plus is this can be mounted in various locations on the bike. The helmet is secured by passing the cable through the visor port. If you have an open face helmet you can use the ring on the strap. The cable is 3/16 and is held in the fixture in a slot so it is easy to use. The body is aluminum so it is light considering its size.
