First, let me say that I am the one the mosquitos bite a million times. They love me more than anyone. So I'm happy to try any non-toxic options. I'm also allergic to mosquito bites so they swell up for days.This buggybands one is interesting. Made of silicone and metal to look like a normal bracelet and infused with essential oils in essences that mosquitos hate, you simply put them on to encourage the buggers to stay away.Because I tend to get a lot of bites on my legs, I like to put bands on my ankle. My ankles are muscular at 9.5" and these don't fit around. It is, of course, easy to get on the wrists.Did I still get bitten? Yes. Was it a significant decrease? Seemingly. I think I'd need to try one on both the wrist and ankle for full coverage but I don't have an extra.I didn't see guidance for how long these last. If it no longer has a scent to it, is that when it should be replaced? I guess so.Actually, the packaging is so sparse (and the contact listed is a hotmail address), I wondered if I didn't get a knock off brand but these do appear to be the real deal.Finally, silicone is only eco-friendly as long as it's sent to someone who recycles silicone (it is not done curbside). I would really love it if this company partnered with Terracycle to take back these old bands (like Stashers does). As it is, I don't know what to do with them but don't want to throw them in the trash so they end up in landfill.

I was getting bit nightly by mosquitoes. It stopped after wearing this but we also stopped leaving the screen door open at night, it had a spot where they might get in. I think it's definitely worth a try for anyone who is prone to mosquitoe bites

this seemed to work ok. I don't notice a huge difference in how many bugs were interested in me but it did seem to be less than everyone else

This mosquito bracelet works well. I walked through the woods and only ended up with a couple of bug bites. The throw of the scent isn't as far as something with more surface area, but this is more stylish. It's easy to put the scent stick into the end of the bracelet. My kids prefer the subtleness of this over the more colorful Parakito bracelets.

I'm not sure if this repels mosquitos or not. It does have a very strong scent of lemongrass or citronella. I like that you cover the oily part while wearing it.
