Love this steam mop. Works great. Lightweight with multi levels of steam and a long cord. The mop pad is thick and reversible. The only con is that you can not shorten the handle and attach accessories to use as a hand held unit for small spaces.

Unfortunately the one I purchased had a defect, but the team at Moolan quickly resolved it by sending a new one and kindly took back the one that was defective. I've traditionally have had Haan steamers and I will say the Moolan works wonderfully with the big win it's ability to heat up quickly.I'd highly recommend two pads depending on how often you steam. I can get two sessions out of one pad by flipping it but then you got to make sure you get it in the wash, etc. So if you're steaming often get two pads!Otherwise I would recommend this steamer with a quick heating mechanism, easy to use and quickly takes care of floors.

I love this mop! It does a great job on floors and I am really impressed with it's other uses, such as glass, mirrors ovens, etc. Easy to assemble and great customer service!

This steam mop is light weight. Heats up quickly and holds just enough water to work a fairly large area. The pad is easy to clean. I haven't had any issues with it so I'm pretty happy.

I purchased this and only used it twice and it will heat up but doesnt put out enough steam to even wet the floor much less clean it. Definitely a cheap make product. Went back to a Shark product.
