The product does indeed fit the 03 Subaru Forester. It fits snug around the sway bar as it's intended. Installed using waterproof grease and no squeaks.

These are not for the front sway bar !Second time wrong one sent !! Moon sells good parts but listed wrong for my 2009 forester !!

These are not for the front! These are the 19mm rear sway bar bushings for a forester. Moog has it wrong on their site as well.
