Product is as advertised. The side with the lines on it leaves good marks on the food.It's a nice addition to my Monument grill, in time I might even get a second so I can have more "flat top" real estate on the grill for certain meals.If you plan on needing to move it or filp it while hot, you should get something metal to hook on the end otherwise it's hard to handle while hot.
