Took me a while to find the source of my front end rattle. 2019 Ram Warlock with 1 inch spacers and only 43000 kms. Factory upper shock mount had failed. Rubber mount had torn loose from the metal mounting plate allowing the upper shock mount to rattle up and down inside the upper mount assembly. Realized what had happened when I looked under the hood and upper shock bolt and nut was protruding through the hole of the upper mounting plate. This replacement part fit absolutely perfectly and hopefully holds up longer than the oem mount.

The rubber bushing had worn out in the factory bushings. This allowed the strut to lean to one side and rub on the metal cup. It made the most annoying squeak while driving. It took me forever to figure out the noise. These fit good. The bushing looks a little better than oem

This is not a strut mounting "Kit" it's just a bare top hat, doesn't come with any of the spring isolators like the KYB kit comes with. Got my truck in pieces in the driveway trying to find replacement spring isolators, they're impossible to find locally, this product shouldn't be advertised as a "strut mounting kit" it should be listed as a bare strut tophat.

Perfect replacement for blown strut mount. Using bilstein struts at max height so they take a bit of stress. Easy remove and replace to install
