About this item

  • Fitment - The length of the Eye to Eye Core is around 267mm/10.5". Eye Diameter(with bushing) is around 16mm. This motorcycle rear shock kit fits most vehicles with shocks of 267mm eye-to-eye distance. Perfect for 1980-up Harley Touring and 1983-up Sportsters, 1991-up Dyna (Excluding Trike and Models with Fork Cartridge)
  • No Bottoming - Our street glide rear shocks are positioned lower than stock, while allowing enough space between the fender and the wheel without any rubbing. A single one can support up to 350 lbs and riding with a friend will not bottom out
  • Adjustability - The Sportster shock absorber features a large compression stroke, allowing it to be customized based on rider, passenger and luggage weight, ensuring a personalized and adaptable riding experience. Comes with a wrench that provides enough leverage to allow you to easily adjust the stiffness
  • Durable - This Road Glide shock absorber is made of high quality AISI-1020 carbon steel with high tensile strength to endure high stresses and loads. The finish is powder coated to prevent rust and keep a clean and smooth look for a long time
  • Installation - Simple bolt-on design, you can easily finish the installation and removal. Please note to save the OEM bolts for reuse and apply threadlocker to the bolt threads during installation
  • Customer Support - Comes with a pair of black shock kits and matching hardware, just as the picture shows. Back-up with 24/7 customer service, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to tell us.

The ride was so bad that I had to replace with the old shocks. It lowered my bike so much that I bottomed out leaving my house. Rate of 1 star because that’s the lowest I could go and I didn’t put on right away and lost the return window!

For this price you get a decent shock and still have beer money in your pocket. Comes with wrench to change preload, it doesn’t raise or lower the shock simply changes the “stiffness” of the ride. Fits 2008 Nightster Sportster perfect. Has many bushings to fit different years.

Exactly what I wanted! Fit perfectly on my 2005 Dyna Super glide. The jet black paint matched the bottom of the bike while the chrome set off the top. Made my bike totally mine because of the great feel and the lower stance! The package was sitting in my mailbox 28 hours after I placed the order! Great product and great service!!!!

The shocks went on easy and lowered my bike 3 inches as predicted. I haven't ridden on them yet but seems to absorb 200 lbs easy when my friend bounced on it. No rubbing anywhere. Fenders still have room to spare. One mention, the bushings that came with the shocks may not fill the eyehole of the rodmount that goes through the eye of the shock. The shocks still tighted on solid without them. I will fill the gap later when I find a 1/32 thin bushing sleeve.

It’s a basic shock. Does what it’s designed to do. It is a lot stiffer than stock. Ride quality 2 up can be a rough on bigger bumps regardless of which preload setting. Build quality is nice. After running them for a few hundred miles not much difference in ride, still fairly harsh 2 up. I’m going to replace them with a set of progressive shocks sooner than later. Installed on 2008 Road Glide.
