I bought these "just in case" and I'm glad I did. The old clip was really corroded. Once I changed the cartridge, I put one in and it was just a little tall for the fixture. Nothing a little filing couldn't fix. I'll save the second one for the next project.

If I had more lead time I could have bought the same product from Moen for 1/3 the price. Great delivery which was important because I needed the parts right away.

I'd expect these clips to come with the Moen valve rebuild kits (replacement cartridge), but they don't. At least Moen makes them available with this pair of parts. If you need one, it's nice that they're conveniently available.

Interesting enough unable to buy this at Home Depot or Lowe's. Plumbing stores were closed so bought it here. 2 day delivery spot on, tub repaired no fuss. Part as advertised. Hopefully will never need to repurchase, but if I do.... it would be from here.

These are brass and fit perfectly. The one I got from our local were wire and once installed, didn't allow me to put the crome coller over the shiwer stem. You're gonna get the correct best made parts from this vendor.

Nearly fit. Had to bend it. Very difficult to put in part. Almost too big. I think it's way over priced and should come with the insert when you buy it. Total rip off, shame on you.
