This has got to be the nicest looking and functional strut Tower brace I've ever seen the box says 2008 to 2009 challengers but it fit perfectly on my 2019 Daytona Charger 392 you do have to drill two holes on the back portion of the strut Tower and I used the 3 mm shim only and it fit perfect. the pins remove nicely in terms of not too loose and not to tight either. somebody needs to let the company know that it's being advertised for early models and yet it fits all the late model Challenger and chargers thru 2022 with the 6.4 hemi

was pretty easy install for a guy who always asked buddy’s to do it for me ,, but installed it mysel outof 10 i’d say a 7 not hard at all just take your time and read the instructions you will do it just fine and i love it ,, thank you drake looks great and well made ,,,

Everything arrived as promised. The shipping box was damaged in transport but none of the components were affected.Instructions are clear and easy to follow.Make sure you take the time to properly line up the rear support bracket and shims in order to correctly drill the holes.Fits on a 2021 6.4L charger with no issues.

I purchased this and installed it on my 2016 Dodge Challenger ScatPack. The quality is amazing! It looks beautiful. Everything fits together tight and precise. It was also packaged very well and shipped in 2 days.In the photos, I have not yet mounted the bar to the firewall yet. I just wanted to make sure everything fit well.I read a review stating that it rubbed on someone else’s hood. I have a swapped OEM Hellcat hood on my car and with the insulation, it does slightly rub on it, however it is not keeping the hood from closing, and because it is just touching the insulation, I’m not worried about it scratching the paint. So just be aware of this if you have the Hellcat hood.

This is a high end brace, and has very tight tolerances. Its a unique look, and the quick release capability is great to get it out of your way to work on your engine. You do have to drill through the rear wheelhouse brace to install the back plate, and I mention the tight tolerances, as if you mess this up as I did, its not going to fit properly. Make sure you take this step slowly, and measure 14 times before drilling. In the end I was able to get it to fit by slightly expanding the hole on one side, but just wanted to share. Anyway, works great, looks great...Just wanted to add that I had an issue with one of the bolts, and reached out to Drake Automotive directly and although they didn’t have any to provide me, they provided the links for me to purchase a spare. Good customer service.

Installed on a 2018 Challenger Scat Pack. Installing the brace to the upper strut towers was easy and the brace is a well manufactured, clean, high quality part. And it works very well, the steering responds faster, you feel more of the road, handling is improved overall. I do recommend this brace.So why only 4 stars. Well, to mount the brace to the frame you have to drill into the car above the fire wall. There are already holes in the frame above the firewall and they could have easily lined up the mounting points and utilize the factory holes, but for some reason they didn't and you have to drill new holes a few inches away from the factory holes, not cool.I only mounted the brace to the strut towers as I have been reluctant to drill holes in the frame of my car, however, even with just the strut towers connected the handling has improved a lot, mostly noticeable is the increase in stering response, where there was a small lag now there is none. I haven't decided if I want to drill into the my car yet. I may leave it as is. But if I do connect the brace to the frame I intend to paint the holes to prevent rust. The instructions don't say to do this but i recommend it.If you want the brace to connect to the frame and you don't want to drill holes, spend the extra money and buy the Mopar strut brace.

Easy to install. Looks insane way better than Mopar unit. Didn't come with instructions but they were easly found at the Drake website. Be carefully of the torque of the upper cross beam bolts. The recommended torque can crush the cars cross beam box tube. Used about 15 ft/ lbs. quality and fit was perfect best looking beam on the market
