Not blue. It is more like a turquoise color. In fact label says it is green. I will keep but am disappointed in the description if it is not a true blue.

I've ordered this brand once before and they do not disappoint. These orange pipe cleaners are more on the neon side of color--so if you're wanting a muted orange, don't get these.These are extremely sturdy and thinner on the thick side but they hold up so nicely. No shedding either!

It's easy to make DIY/ handmade flowers arrangement for any decoration with these velvet wires. I received many compliments. The price is ok . I will definitely buy it again .
