Bought couple of these 1/4 x1/4 ladted about 5 hours of use. Then it started burning marks on wood. Spend three times the amount on better brand that will last 70 plus hours of use

I get burned on a lost of machine tool purchases on this site, so it's always a satisfying surprise when something is exactly what it says it is. These end mills are well made and affordable. I will be buying again.

They stopped selling this exact size milling bits at 80% arms the people who make ar jigs. And it was impossibleTo find a replacement until locating these. They are priced great and work amazing !

These are complete garbage bits.I spent 2 days trying to make it work.At first the bit cut nice. It is very noisy but it works. Then it get noisier and the cut turns brown.It basically means that the bit is getting dull. little bit more to work and it starts burning material to the point of getting in fire. I tried all speed rates for the machine to move and plunge as well as the spindle speed. Nothing works!I gave up and I went and bought expensive bit. My problem was solved!!!It hurts that I wasted so much time trying to save money!

These end mills for not suited for steel. I use these on a CNC machine for wood projects and they cut good and last a long time. For the money these end mills are 5 stars for woodworking, but no stars for cutting hard material. That's why I only gave three stars overall. Value for money, my use 5 stars.
