It is ok for the price. However, the instructions have a lot to be desired. There is only a diagram. No mic stand or music stand. There is plenty of space to add a third tier but there doesn’t seem to be a way to get additional brackets. Had I known this I would’ve opted for a more expensive model. It is very stable and was easy to assemble.

It clearly says it comes with a mic stand. But it doesn't . That's the only reason I ordered this was to create more space on the stage by eliminating the microphone stand in front of the old keyboard stand. But nope. No mic and absolutely no response from the seller either. As far as holding the keyboards it does well but make sure you tighten the hell out of it or it will drop to the floor. The instructions are pretty much non existent . Just a picture and no explanation on what goes where and what does what. Disappointed for sure.

What do I like?- Looks awesome. Space age but also classy. At home in a prog metal gig or a pit orchestra.- The smallest and most portable stand I own. Breaking down and bagging the stand itself takes about 3 minutes. It's lighter than my folding X-frame or square frame stands, takes less time to assemble/disassemble, and takes up WWWWAAAAAYYYY less space in the car.- Cable management is basically non-existent on other stands in this price range.- Reasonably sturdy in use.So why am I giving it three stars? Because of soooo many little problems all adding up to a problematic piece of gear.1. Paint immediately started flaking off. On the feet where the clamps hold the feet. On the vertical rail. Random spots on the feet. Paint bubbles along the cable chase area. It's clearly a spot where they tried to save money and got a pretty poor quality job. Putting it in and out of the carry-case will doubtless abuse the paint pretty quickly.2. The wingnut clamp mechanism on the bracket that holds up your very expensive keyboard that you're hammering on is made of plastic. Well, the screw is metal, and the clamp is metal, but the wingnut is plastic. So one day, it's going to age, and crack, and drop your keyboard. Hopefully you find and buy a replacement part before then. Also, you've got to CRANK IT DOWN hard to have it pinch on the vertical rail. And the little rubber liner on the other side is a little tricky. I don't know what more to say. The whole mechanism is a great idea that is 90% right...it needs some refining to make it more reliable, less fiddly, and generally "good enough."3. There's no consideration for fastening the keyboards to the stand. If the rubber pads on the arms aren't in the right place, your keyboards are never going to be stable.4. You cannot fit it in the bag with the brackets still attached. So it's going to add a minute or two to your setup/breakdown routine to slide those (and the little rubber cable-keepers) up off the main rail. So you're probably going to need to use a white/silver marker to mark your spots on the main rail so you can put the brackets back to the right spot quickly.5. The legs and arms especially are easy to knock off when they're not loaded with weight. And finally, the box and the listing all specifically mention and depict a microphone stand clamp and a music stand/tablet stand to mount on the top. It would be great if these were actually included as claimed, but apparently they don't even exist at all! I've looked in the manufacturer's storefront on Amazon and this product isn't even listed, let alone any sort of stand / mic clamp / other accessories. I would love to have them, but the fact that they were said to be included means it has to lose a star on the rating.
