Installed in Feb 2024 and over year gas mileage dropped significantly and unit failed one week after one year warranty had run out. I don't recommed this item. Had to replace again. Not this brand for sure. Not a happy camper.

Had the P2005/P2007 code. After months of trying to find a replacement I found this option. I had installed a few days ago and truck seems to run fine but has a loud rattling noise at low RPM. Contacted Amazon about issue and they were not helpful with options for return. Will now again look for options to have replaced.

Replaced my 2016 5.0 f150 because of the runner control shift breaking. Bolted this one on fired right up no issues

After installing there was a loud rattling noise coming from the manifold. No check engine light. I swapped it out for the old one to see if the rattling went away and it did. Defective part.

Intake was about half the cost of the ford oe intake manifold. All sensors were included and correct. Only swap over stock throttle body. Gaskets were included and installed as well. This fixed my check engine light and after 2k plus miles truck runs like it did when it was new.

1-10-24: My 2016 5.0L F150 had the unfortunate P2005/P2007 code. This requires an entire intake manifold to be replaced. I was told from the Ford Dealer that the OEM manifold has a "stop sale" due to the thousands of manifolds currently on back order. This situation required me to look into an aftermarket manifold.This manifold appears to be identical to the original OEM Ford manifold right down to the OEM type fasteners. Fits perfectly, no issues. The original Ford manifold fails due to a 4mm square rod connected to an actuator that breaks and makes the intake manifold runner control inoperative. The aftermarket Mitzone manifold actually looks to be stronger in this area (see photos) since it has weld/solder past the area that the original Ford 4mm rod broke at.Both manifolds weighted 15 lbs so it doesn't appear to be a light weight cheaper version. Installation was the same as the original, all the same connectors. Currently driving the truck, with Mitzone manifold, no problems, check engine lights are off. Hopefully this will be as durable as the original Ford manifold, only time will tell however since Ford can't supply their customers with a OEM manifold this looks to be the only alternative to the original Ford manifold.

If you are one of us with a 2015 F-150 who can't get a manifold from the manufacturer, this is a home run. Seems to have better quality than the OEM and at a great price. Been running it over a month and just as good as the original.

After driving for a year with my check engine light on because I could not find a intake manifold for my 2017 F150 5.0, Ford has the OEM on backorder and when I checked I was number 435 in line for one and that number never seemed to decrease. Amazon was the last place I expected to find one but happed to do a random search and there were 12 of these and 1/2 the cost! Works great!
