Your cart is empty.The Honda Accord is an interesting vehicle, sitting silently in the backdrop amidst performance-oriented Honda models for the better part of 40 years. It wasn’t all beige paint and practical features, though. In the eighties, the Accord received an excellent 2.0L DOHC motor and surprisingly good handling, and in the late 90’s they even stuffed a V6 under the hood with an optional manual gearbox. The tenth-generation Accord brings us something new to be excited about, two turbocharged powerplants with a ton of potential. Our team went right to work developing products for this chassis, focusing heavily on cooling support. It became apparent the factory intercooler, although well designed, was prone to heat soak and quickly became ineffective once additional power modifications were added. So we set out to create a solution. The Mishimoto Intercooler features a strategically designed bar-and-plate core mated to robust cast-aluminum end tanks perfected using our in-house flow-bench. Our engineers created a direct bolt-on intercooler solution with a massive core measuring 27.95” X 7.34” X 3.54”. The greater core volume, combined with improved frontal surface area, produced substantial cooling and power benefits. We saw power gains of 13whp/14ft-lbs on a stock 2.0T and 22whp/29ft-lbs with upgraded intake/exhaust and ECU tuning during testing. Even better, we significantly dropped intake temperatures with maximum drops of 28°F. This intercooler kit is the perfect cooling solution for a stock or modified 1.5T/2.0T. Our intercooler includes a new inlet O-ring to keep boost where it belongs and is available in powder-coated finishes of either silver or black. As with all our products, this intercooler includes our signature Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Most cooling available for this car. Too bad it was destroyed by the seller. First part was missing parts opened and try to hide it. Second part was dropped and damaged on the house side by the shipper and that is the end of the story because the shipper does not allow the story to go any further. Even though it was all Amazon that did this that will not go past one replacement even though it was their fault. Great to be a prime member. Worth every penny just kidding ouch this one hurts!!!!

This intercooler DOES fit the Honda Accord 2.0T. It does NOT include the O-ring that Amazon claims it does. Keep that in mind when purchasing this intercooler!

Mishimoto is a brand known for great quallity, fit, finish and this intercooler is no exception. I ordered the all black unit as I don't care for the silver with the logo, prefer the understated look. It def helps lower intake temps and keep them consistently lower pull after pull. No issue at all with fitment though front bumper removal is necessary but don't be afraid to DIY its a fairly straight forward install. Pro tip..You don't need to fully disconnect your front radar sensor either, not a serious issue if you do, you car will throw some error codes when you first start it up if you do end up disconnecting, don't worry just drive a mile or two and they will clear.
