I had some flex-a-lite slim fans on my 2jz drift car that blew incredible amount of air. I replaced them with these due to one of the flex-a-lite fans was damaged in a little accident and I noticed right away that the amount of air these mishimoto fans pushed was significantly less. My car now runs a bit hotter in the pits and line at the track. On a positive note, the aluminum shroud is nice looking. I know competition 10", 11" fans put out combined 3000 plus cfm. Where as these fans put out less then 3000 cfm combined. This might be fine for the normal daily driver, show car, or hotrod.

Perfect fit, easy to install. I installed this with a CXracing SR20 radiator, the fit was a bit snug after installing the dampening foam, but I am perfectly comfortable with that. Mounting holes lined up PERFECT! The fans are rated for 1000cfm, and although these look similar to other "slim" fans I have purchased in the past, Rest assured these definitely pull some air. I have not ran the car with the fans yet, but I will report back when I do to tell of coolant temps.Before installing Mishimoto fans.1/19/2015. Idling coolant temp measured at the cyl head outlet after a long drinve in 57° weather was a constant 220. I am currently running other brands similar size fans with a home made heat shield. I will report back soon with findings after new fans installed.
