Easy to use. Had another one. A little oil on surface for the eggs as the egg sticks quite a bit. Have to try and error to the the timing right.

More stable, cooks evenly, and makes nice flat egg omlettes that fit on muffins perfectly. I had this one years ago and since have had to use a round bottom microwave cooker..it was a pain..Very Happy Now that I have this one again.....have seen several complaints... you should not cook at default maximum ...cook at at lower power and shorter time and they will turn out perfect...experiment and you'll find your sweet spot.

You get a flat circular egg, decently cooked - but it often pops open if you cook it one second beyond slightly runny. As does the other best option I've found, plastic eggcup latches cannot hold beyond a month or so if the egg produces a bubble and pops. I have learned to judge carefully how long each egg size needs to get to my preference, a non-runny egg. It does, if you follow instructions and place it along the side of the microwave platform, produce a more equal result for both eggs than the one that gave me rounded eggs. But I haven't tried putting the rounded egg tray next to the edge.

We tried the ones that are two separate pieces. They would fall down in the dishwasher and sometimes melt. This one piece version completely solves that problem. They fit easily between the brackets inside a dishwasher.
