This tape can be used for many purposes. First, I used it to keep my husband's mouth closed when he slept because he had a snoring problem. The air coming out of his nose helped him sleep better. This tape can also be used as a securing tape because it sticks very well. It is made of soft and lightweight material, friendly to the skin. My skin did not get irritated, and there was no redness or itching. The tape is easy to use; just peel it off and stick it on. I like the fact that it is easy to stick and also easy to remove, with no pain and no residue on the skin. The package has 30 tapes, pretty much to use. The bag has a zipper to keep the tapes inside well, no falling out. It's a good product to use, and I'm happy with it

Best one I purchased yet. Most don't stick. The black one that is pushed to me on you tube adds cost more than this one even without the 10% coupon. I have a beard and it stays on.

My poor husband has been through the wringer with his sleep apnea. He had his tonsils taken out. Has had multiple sleep apnea machines. Who knew he just needed to tape his mouth shut ? 😂 seriously though, he loves this. Woke up ONE time his first night which is unheard of for him. We recommend this to anybody with snoring issues.

I have slept so much better since starting to use these. I've tried lots and lots of different anti snoring devices and this tape beats them all. Breathing through the nose makes all the difference and this tape helps so much.
