Plumbing complete for new BBQ LNG connection, but no clear idea if regulator was needed, Ordered this at a great price, and connected it between bbq gas hose andthe outlet from the house. The BBQ works GREAT!

Used it to convert a LP fire pit to NG. The valve is non adjustable and factory set at 3.5”wc. The part arrived on time.
