I purchased this to wear while snowboarding. It’s comfortable and protects without being too bulky. After a day on the mountain just throw it in the washing machine and let it air dry. Simple! Also, you can’t beat the cost compared to other brands. The added layer also provides warmth.

Great for SCA, I wear it under my tunic and my leather armor. Really good at dulling impacts. Don't wash it in a washing machine, the hex paddingwill break apart.

Ordered this in July before football season started. I have an extra large lingerie bag that I wash this in. The first wash a few of the styrofoam pieces we noticed came loose in the left shoulder. 6 washes in and the pieces are all loose. I never dry this, I hang it to dry. Not impressed with the quality of this item.

My son wore it for a few practices and scrimmages. I washed on gentle and hung dry. Yesterday before a scrimmage he showed me the side of the shirt. The padding is like little padded balls. A bunch of them moved and are now jumbled at the bottom of the rib compressed padding. So it didn't even last a month now we need to buy a new one. Didn't even get to wear it to his first game.

I wanted to say excellent for 35 bucks but it's actually excellent regardless of price. I'd previously spent $175 on a full sleeve Alpine Stars armor top and XL was the max in ADULT sizes and it fit more like a large for BOYS. Wack. And it didn't even have pad protection around the ribs like this shirt does. Totally blown out by this generic which is really well made and surprisingly comfortable. I'm 6' and 215 lbs. XL fits like it should. Taking notes, Alpine Stars? Lol.

I like this and use it when i go on my electric scooter, i wear it over a white t-shirt and then under a regular shirt or polo usually. Think i got the XL and it fits me really well im about 6’1” 155 pounds. Just wanted some protection incase of a fall, havnt fallen yet but this should help if i do.
