I wear size11 and ordered a size 11. When the shoes arrived they had a sticker on them marked 45. The size is fine.I tried to wear these shoes to go on a brisk walk, and they do not work at all. They are too flimsy to properly contain a foot. Wearing them around the house, or to go shopping I'm sure they are fine, but do not buy these for sports, jogging or running.

I just needed white casual shoes to match a linen outfit. For the price these are actually really comfortable and exceeded expectations. I would just warn that when walking on smooth surfaces, the shoes grip a little too well.
