The size runs very small x-large about the same size as an American medium, The quality looked good, not sure about the rubber in the waist band to keep garment from slipping down.

i got the smallest size available (i’m not a small person) and it really didn’t do much for me. it didn’t compress my hips at all, it only sinched my waist a bit. The quality of the material is okay but itchy, you’re better off buying a pair of boxers a size too small.

I tried it on and it looks crazy small at the start so don't not try it on. It fits really well around my whole body as I was hoping but Its not as tight as I was hoping around the mid section where I am trying to help displace fat for a better body recomposition. It is however tight below/on my ribcage which is good so it doesnt fold on itself when wearing (it has a nice rubber lining to prevent slipping). I may be wearing it wrong so ill mess with it some more but still plan to use this. If you are around my weight and height I recommend an XL or even a Large, I ordered an XL after seeing the reviews saying if you are even a little fat get a 3XL, happy I didn't listen fully. Those are for the extremes. I plan to use these during my mountain-biking, running and other everyday activities, so ill come back if there are any issues. Hope this helps someone.

Al principio pensé que era demasiada apretada para mí construcción pero al pasó de usarla dio de si.... Para traer la prenda en ocasiones vale la pena pero ya traerla de diario cansa y sobre todo porque en la parte superior de la faja tiende a doblarse El material es resistente y permite que la ropa se deslice con mayor facilidad

Fits well, the pants falling down issue mentioned in some comments is fixed with a belt, and I've never had it roll down, but I also wear underarmor undershirts with it, overall I'm quite pleased

The product did not work as advertised or as depicted in the video. I put the garment on With the expectation of body shaping and a slimming effect but there was none. There was no restriction or compression to accomplish this artifact whatsoever. I did give my wife a good laugh seeing me wearing it and it did not work as advertised.

Gentlemen!! I ordered a 3x for my 6'2" 300 lbs guy, it fit like a glove and was comfortable the whole day for him!! It offered back support, it has ribbed band that hugs around the upper part of the body. The look of the tire area is much smoother. A tucked shirt would show a slimmer silhouette!! The crotch has an opening but, I would suggest trying to use that part at home first time 😜. Shirts that fit a little snug would have more flow after putting it on.After a long day at work, he was relieved to take it off. I think he should have gotten use to it (small outings) before committing to a full day. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product! I will ordering more!!
