I have never had a onesie fit me so perfectly. I am 6'2" 190 lbs and the medium fits like a glove. I wear adult diapers to manage a medical condition and this onesie provides the perfect support. I wouldn't hesitate to buy/re-buy this in the future.

I’m 78, wear diapers for incontinence, and live a fairly active life. Wearing a garment like this, by whatever name you call it, helps me maintain a neater appearance and keeps my diapers snug. I have five of these Land of Genie onesies. I have come to prefer them over others because of comfort, quality, and price. I wear them in place of a tee shirt under both casual and business clothing.Above the waist, the garment looks pretty much like most tee shirts except for a slightly different collar. I would prefer a collar that more closely matched crew neck tee shirts, but I haven’t found any adult onesies with that feature. I also find it curious that a plain white version is not available. The closest I’ve been able to get is light grey.The fabric has a bit of spandex in it that makes wearing the onesie quite comfortable – sort of like wearing a hug. Trying the onesie on for the first time, I didn’t realize how much it stretches and thought it might be too small. It fit perfectly, though, and hasn’t shrunk at all after being washed. Four plastic snaps in the crotch are easier to fasten than metal snaps and, so far, have stood up well to repeated laundering.

Does fit well, and is very well made. However, I didn't like how Amazon shipped this item. I would have preferred it being in a white Amazon bag and not in the clear package it was manufactured with.

I have been looking for a affordable onesies with leggings and this is it!I was making my own because all other onesies I have seen are too expensive for their worth and had no elastic leggings but it is time consuming.I am glad I found these because these are affordable, has leggings, good quality fabric, stretchy (spandex), and saves me time.now the pros and cons....only Con really is that I found them to be a little tight (but not too tight) around the chest. The are still mostly comfortable but a few times while wearing them it does feel a tad uncomfortable. With the spandex material though the shirts will give a bit of a stretch and when uncomfortable a pull on the chest part of the shirt which alleviates the discomfort.Pros, the shirts "sticks" to you so they can be easily worn under other clothes without being in the way or too loose to cause issues with your outer clothes. Good for night /sleeping wear.About sizing....I would first try your typical shirt size first. I.e. if you wear a large t-shirt than get a large onesie. And this is the outcome for me. I wear a X-large shirt so I bought an X-Large onesie. I found that the onesie fits well and against the skin as a body suit should and as described above a tad tight around the chest. The crotch is a bit loose with a night diaper but it holds well.My suggestion based on the sizing charts and measurements on the site is if you want a looser fit around the chest, buy one size up of your shirt size. But if you are ok with a little tighter chest fit and want a tighter fit around the crotch than try one size lower than your shirt size.Or you could just buy you shirt size and then give it a good wash and then throw it in the dryer on high heat to "shrink" it a bit (as it is made with cotton and spandex) as the cotton will shrink the shirts a little. this worked good for me giving me a little snugger fit. I use them for winter sleeping.Snaps Breaking..!!! As for the others noting that the snaps are breaking during laundry, I have not had any issue and over at least 5+ washes. I have washed all my onesies with the snaps together (attached to each other). By closing the onesie's snaps, I think that the snaps will not break as they will not get randomly knocked around in the washer.Highly Recommend, based on cost, comfort, and material used.

While I know that this vendor is targeting a different market than incontinent folks, the quality and fit of this makes it a great addition to my wardrobe. It works as an undershirt when I need to wear a diaper out and around, keeping private things private.The leg elastics are really comfortable and gently support everything there. It's just really comfortable to wear.The durability seems good so far, with the snaps and fabric both holding up well.

The material is soft and stretchy-- high quality! The fit is great; gathered elastic leg openings super cute, love the neck, HATE the thick plastic buttons!!! These rompers should be redesigned to use the low profile metal snaps that almost every onesie everywhere uses. The problem is twofold: these snap in the center of the crotch right between the thighs, so those thick (they measure about 1/2" in thickness when snapped together) plastic snaps rub on the sensitive inner things and feel really uncomfortable. I would give the plastic snaps a pass if they were positioned so that they closed up toward the front of the crotch rather than right between the legs. I hope enough people complain about this that the company redesigns that aspect, because it is definitely the weak link in the onesie, which is otherwise great.

I use these for Pajamas over top my incontinence products. Unfortunately I have incontinence from medications. This onesie holds the diaper in place perfectly and keeps it from sagging when full. The material is super soft too and if I put on shorts over top, it just looks like I am wearing a T-shirt. I like the compression from the material. It gives me sensory input that sooths my anxiety which gets worse at night. Some people complained about the snaps not being good but they seem to work fine for me and best of all the onesie fits perfectly. I will definitely order more styles from landofgenie.
