Didn’t stick too well, the bandage kept falling off so we had to add tape around the border

I am a BTK amputee with a skin graft covering most of my stump. I have multiple issues with blisters and rub burns while wearing my prosthetic. These bandages are thick, waterproof, and stay in place, which helps protect problem areas on my stump. I have purchased this brand with different size bandages for several years now and highly recommend their products.

I’m allergic to adhesives…. So it makes wound care especially difficult for me. I have found that anything “silicone” works extremely well for me. These bandages have been a lifesaver! I use them on my post op thigh incision. The adhesive is perfect, and if you use these bandages consistently just make sure to use alcohol to remove any adhesive left on the skin before applying another one.

I had surgery on my neck and it was so difficult to find a long thin bandaid with a long enough pad and one that wouldn't take over my entire neck, this did the trick for sure and was not too big and obnoxious looking like all the other larger dressings. One thing I thought was odd, the actual pad had adhesive too, which concerned me, afraid they'd pull the stitches out, but luckily it didn't, the actual bandage itself could have used more adhesive, since I used it in such an awkward place, it made it hard to keep the bandage flat...all in all it was a godsend in many other ways.
