This looks almost identical to a dress Arwen wore in Lord of the Rings, which is why I got it. It's a beautiful dress, very well made. I highly recommend it.

Wore for our family Halloween costume. Runs true to size. So comfortable to wear. Great quality for the price. The material is heavy enough to look expensive but not too heavy. I ordered a different dress first and the sleeves were SO heavy I could hardly move. These sleeves are perfect, the perfect look and so light. Beautiful color. Will last for many years to come.

We used this dress as a costume in a medieval era stage play. It fit beautifully, lovely fabric, good length. The sleeves were flowing and worked well for the stage action of concealing a knife! We added the belt, it does not come with the dress.

This is a stunning gown with a decent weight to it to give it a luxury feel. I bought for a renaissance fair coming up but unfortunately was sent the wrong dress. Similar to this one but slightly different. Also, if you are an XL and have larger arms, the material on the sleeves before the chiffon part is very unforgiving and fixed. There is no stretch.

I do a lot of cosplay/costume dressing for work. You aren't going to find a better looking/fitting dress for this price anywhere, and some dresses that cost twice this aren't anywhere near as good looking. Order a size up. I'm 5'8", 34D, 26.5" W, 35"H, and the Medium fit beautifully, especially since it ties in the back (and cinches at the correct places, whereas most non-custom lace up dresses have too short a torso). The velvet is lightweight and stretchy, but that's something you'll be grateful for if the weather is warm — it still gives the right appearance, especially thanks to the cut, length, and dramatic sleeves.

My daughter has been very pleased with this gilft. Used for an elfic disguise for halloween. Very nice material, heavy and well made. Not cheap at all. Daughter is 5f7 and 135 pounds (muscular); fits maybe a tiny large (but she loved indeed). I tried it on (5f6, 185pounds not that muscular...!) and it fitted just nice (material is a little elastic). Vey good length for our height. Would buy again.

Gorgeous dress, very comfortable, lovely drape and weight. Very pretty and high-quality trim at neckline and sleeve. Wore it to chaperone the kids trick-or-treating in South Florida, and with a little breeze I was perfectly comfortable. Had to steam the wrinkles from the sleeves, but the dress itself was totally free of wrinkles. Kind of want to wear it again soon. Added a jeweled chain belt to make it really luxe.

This dress is such high quality and is beautiful! I'm 5'3" and currently 167 lbs and the large fits me well. (Trying to lose the last 10 lbs of pregnancy weight to have more of a flowy fit rather than form-fitting) I got it for my Arwen costume for Halloween, and I have to say, if this is your goal as well, the grey is the way to go. It's more blue, but it's very close to the colour of Arwen's requiem dress!

I got this dress for my Arwen costume and it’s STUNNING. It laces up in the back too which helps with shaping. The dress also has a pocket on the right side!!! So so comfortable and the fabric is actually thick! Great quality and kept me warm all night. Definitely not see through and thick enough to wear shapewear underneath if desired. The color is a tad bit more vibrant than pictured but it still works! Iron this material inside out so you don’t burn it. Literally will wear this on normal days too lol
