You can put it anywhere, on a strap, belt, seatbelt, etc…in case of emergency & for whatever reason you or a loved one can’t respond this is so helpful to the front line worker

This is just a great concept, & it could save someone’s life, which is invaluable. So I would highly recommend buying these and giving them to everyone you love! The Velcro is strong, & the material is well constructed. Obviously, these are beneficial only if your passenger is sitting in the same place in the car every time…or, it would be easy to remove it and use it each time you change seats or vehicles. But I think it would work best if it stays on the seatbelt with the person it’s intended for. The canvas material is water resistant, but not totally waterproof, so I would definitely laminate the info before you put it inside the little pocket. Also, it does not come with the insert…you’ll have to make your own, & determine what kind of info you want to include. I put the passenger’s name, age, blood type, any known allergies, medications they might be on, & emergency contact info. Then I would definitely get the info laminated, so it will be protected in the little pocket. I guess in a pinch you could always use clear packaging tape. I do wish they’d included a little card that could be laminated, but it’s not that big of a deal. Overall I can’t really complain about a simple, well constructed item that could save the life of the person using it! I also want to note that you only receive one, so if you need more than that, you’ll have to order more. But I recommend this and plan to purchase more, both for the people in my family, and as gifts for others!

I keep a Word document with my medications, allergies, and procedures I have had on the front. The back has my vaccines and all the names addresses, and phone numbers of my PCP and other specialists. I printed one off and added the phone numbers of my son and daughter to the front. I was able to fold this up enough to fit into the pocket in this seatbelt cover. I keep one of these in my purse, but this will make it easier for emergency responders to find than digging through my purse looking for something they don't know is there. The bright red is easy to spot. The Velcro is strong. IT slides on my seatbelt and should not be a problem when pulling it out or retracting it. This is a good idea.

Exactly what we needed for our special needs son's car seat (check your manufacturer to make sure it doesn’t void the car seat warranty!). It fit right over the existing pad and was secure! Our son also wears a medical alert bracelet and this bright red medical alert carseat buckle strap is just another way to grab attention if needed. It does NOT come with a card to put the info on but we were ok with that b/c we have a number and account they would call to get all his info as a small card insert wasn’t going to cut it ;)Good quality, secure and great price!

This is a great item. My daughter has epilepsy, and I needed some way to let first responders know if I was unable to tell them. This goes on easily and moves up and down the belt easily so you can put it wherever you want it. It feels very sturdy with a thick material. The stitching is also good and nice and tight. This does not come with a card or anything. So, you can make your own and put whatever info. on it that you need.

I ordered this as I have had a spinal fusion and have a spinal cord injury. In the event I'm in an auto accident, I need first responders to be aware of my situation prior to moving me.This seems to be good quality, and fits on my seatbelt fine. You should note that there is no paper insert included, so you'll have to prepare your own form about your medical background. This makes sense, as your information can be updating constantly. If you have any type of medical situation that first responders need to be aware of - this is a MUST for you.

Provides padding but is also practical. If you have a life threatening allergy to medicine or require specific types, this is great for anyone to assist you.Responders or passerbys that see you in your car will immediately recognize what this is. Has enough space to write down your medical info but also emergency contact, address, primary care doctor, etc.Smart design and could save a life.

There are many reasons to use this, because you never know when tragedy will strike. If you have a child with autism who can't speak, if you have even mild medical conditions that could effect the treatment you'd need if injured, or if you are on medications (like blood thinners), this is all important information for First Responders and medical personnel. Even if you are conscious, you may be too stressed to think to mention details about your medical conditions or medications. This seatbelt wrap is simple, attaches with velcro, and has a small pocket to place a paper with your medical information. It has the official "Medic Alert" symbol which will prompt First Responders to look for a Medic Alert bracelet on you (if you subscribe to the service), so they can call and get your full information and your emergency contacts can be notified.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
