I used these shorts once for roller derby and they already ripped.....not great for a $60 item.....pretty disappointed

Good fit, comfortable, quick dry, and lasts (hand wash). Padding is just enough to reduce hard impact on tailbone and hips for martial arts practice. I like that legs are not too long and do not have additional unnecessary padding. You can wear knee supports with these and not have overlap. This is perfect for my application.

My son bruised his tailbone playing basketball. I bought these for him because he insisted on playing and it helped. I wish he had them sooner because I don’t think he would have been injured so badly. Also, he won’t wear them now that he’s healed but it’s a good preventive piece, like ankle braces.
