I cleaned these before I used them of course. I was pregnant at the time and didn’t want to lose my piercing. Unfortunately, the hole got infected the same day I used them. I used the long one with the baby on the end. However I did love this product and that it was made for mommies but it didn’t agree with MY skin.

These are stuck at a long length, which at first seems fine. Until it’s getting snagged on your pants, shirts, towel, etc. Having the bar length so so long has led to severe irritation at my piercing site that I have now resorted to removing it entirely. I hope it won’t close up during these last few weeks of pregnancy. But these belly rings are NOT IT.I tried trimming the length, but you cannot rethread the bottom ball on the plastic so you’re stuck with nearly an extra inch or more of rod just sticking out catching on everything🙃

I had a baby a few months ago and while pregnant I started wearing these kind of belly rings because metal doesn't fit well when you have a big belly. Since having baby I haven't lost a ton of weight yet and my metal rings keep getting caught on my pants. Unfortunately I misplaced my other belly rings so I found these and decided to try them out. These things are super heavy. If you have saggy belly skin or your belly button has been stretched, I wouldn't recommend these. I do like the colors but ended up having to take the little balls off of my other rings and swap them out because these ones are way too heavy. Imagine wearing earrings that are way too heavy for your earlobes and make them sag, that's what to expect from these. I am able to swap the colored balls for my lighter ones so I only knocked off one star. They are nice but not for saggy skin.

The plastic stem piece is extra long, could be a bit shorter - gets caught up on things. Some of the scree on balls are loose and fall off easily. Great temp resolution to keeping the belly hole open until after delivery.

Awesome product fits my growing belly. Been using since about 20 weeks. Grows with my belly love it! And doesn’t poke you when u have maternity pants on either. Definitely recommend

Exactly what I needed. I got these when I was 6 months pregnant (now 8) I did not cut them like they suggested, only because my belly button is poking out (thanks little man) and it would be uncomfortable. The bottom ball sits right bellow my belly button so its super comfortable. I got the blue/green ones and love how pretty they look!

I got them for my daughter who is currently pregnant. She loved them, her favorite was the baby feet. They seem to be pretty solid and will hold up throughout her pregnancy. She's only used the one, so far.

Love the choices you are offered. I didn’t cut it just to give myself more room to grow with it, even though I’m almost done. I personally wouldn’t cut it. The ball would fall with out the thread to catch on to. I tried trimming it down the first pregnancy and almost lost all the balls. I cleaned them off with 90% alcohol first. Went in with ease. If the jewelry isn’t real I will itch and burn where ever it’s located. This is not the case with this item. The balls haven't turn my skin green nor irritated it. I’m currently wearing the one that has glitter in the clear ball. Taking a shower is no problem with it. I’ve yet to shower with the other metal pieces yet.
