Quality and engineering of this product is absolutely excellent. Single handle control and separate valve for faucet provide single hand ease of use. Spray head is outstanding for pre-cleaning and rinse. Everything is very well made and designed. Installation is easy and necessary parts are provided. Would purchase again and recommend to all looking at one.

Faucet is nice but it has been leaking on day 0. I tried to replace the gaskets and it was still leaking. I contacted company andgot support from them. There’s a damage in the faucet (small hole) that caused the leaks.

It’s garbage leaks everywhere. How long do I have to return it. As someone else said the price is not cheap. Defeats purpose that it does not stretch. Very disappointed. Too much maneuvering just to turn the water on and off and not get wet unnecessarily.

Fabulous faucet but you will have to have some experience to install. It comes with a number of different washers and instructions are absent. I suspect they have a standard package but different types of faucets. Overall I am pleased with the product and installation. Does everything it is suppossed to do.

The product arrived missing a part to install and unfortunately it was outside of the return window by the time the plumber was installing the fixture. I am also very disappointed in the design. The sprayer says “pull down” on the description but it does not actually pull out at all. The functionality is really limited.
