I ordered a size small. I normally order an 8-10. It is too big and looks like a sack; shoulders hang down. Thought the colors would be nice for spring. Then readv “hand wash”. This will be returned tomorrow

Dress is not as pictured. The inside fabric that shows at neckline and sleeves is more white than black. The length is below the knee. I’m probably not going to keep this dress bc of these changes; looks cheap to me. Sleeves don’t look the same when rolled up or the neckline open with the white showing. I was excited to get this dress but I am disappointed.
