古いしゃもじ(百均)使ってて汚いし買い換えるかと思ってこれにしたら本当にくっつかない！ご飯の中にすっと差し込める！しゃもじはちゃんと良い物使った方が良いと解った。

ずいぶん前に購入してレビューしていなかったのですが、購入したての時から変わることなく、くっつかないで快適に使えます。よく酢飯を作るのですが、さっと切って混ぜられてノンストレスです。しゃもじが薄い分、最後に残ったお米も残らずすくいやすく、薄いのにしっかり安定しています。洗った後も、昔使っていたものは洗い方が甘いと、乾いた後にボコボコのところが穴になった薄いお米の膜が取れてしまった事がありましたが、こちらにしてから一切ありません。買うまで、本当にいいのかなあ？そんな変わらないのでは？と思って悩みましたが、もっと早く買えば良かったです。

OK I have used plenty of the old wooden types that I grew up with. Depending upon the wetness of the rice, it would always stick to it, but you just dealt with it. Then switched to the plastic type that said rice wouldn't stick, but those were better, but not the best. Now... we bought this type and it is so much better than any of the wooden or plastic ones I have used in the past. Even when the rice has been a little more wet, the rice doesn't stick to the paddle. I know this sounds funny, but when you eat rice as a staple all the time, you are used to the rice sticking, but with this one hasn't yet. So easy to wash and dry too. I have bought them as gifts to friends who at first laughed at me, but after using them, they all tell me how good they are... Overall very pleased with these.

I use this clever little rice spreader for sushi, but also to spread out cooked rice on a sheetpan. That rice will dry in the fridge and ultimately end up as fried rice.
