I recently picked up the Marineland PRBW2350B 200B/350B Bio-Wheel Filter for my aquarium, and I’m really impressed with its performance. The Bio-Wheel technology helps ensure excellent filtration while providing a healthy environment for my fish. The biological filtration is particularly effective, breaking down harmful ammonia and nitrites, which keeps my water crystal clear.Installation was easy, and the filter is very quiet while running, which I appreciate as my tank is in a living room. The only complaint I have is the insert definitely stated, may rinse off, but no need to change out the cylinder. Wrong! Had to replace both in less than 6 months.

At first these work fine, but then they continuously stop spinning after a few days. I clean them every time I change the filter and my weekly water change. I have no idea what’s the deal.

I’ve had this filter for quite some years. This is the first time I’ve had to replace one of the bio wheels. Mine was quite worn out, the spokes on the ends. I’ve replaced the bearings multiple times as well over the years, to be expected. But it was time for a Mine was quite worn out, the spokes on the ends. While this bio wheel comes from the original manufacturer, it is junk. Very poorly made compared to the original ones that I have. The product description says something about it might not spin evenly or whatever but that won’t affect it. BS it doesn’t. It’s almost like it’s not made symmetrical. It’s so uneven that it’s actually rubbing on the filter housing itself. I tried replacing the bearings sink and maybe they were a little worn from the previous bio wheel. Nope. It’s a headache. I guess I’m just gonna only run on one bio wheel now because I don’t wanna waste my money trying to order another one. Don’t waste your time or money.

Purchased before. Product does have filter paper that is the wrap around wheel. Where in comes together, will open & causes wheel not to turn. But for price, really can't complainProduct is fair. If needed immediately. But if not would purchase else's where. Filter wrap has tendency to separate where it folds together. That causes it not to turn. So U've to check it & squeeze it back. Fair price. Just not top of line.

My grandmother orders these. The problem is it stops rolling then the tank gets cloudy. My grandmother is 97and she wants to do is look at her fish. She found out that what she need are wheel bearings.

Fits our Marineland Bio-Wheel Penguin 200 Power Filter perfectly. It actually turns (the one that came with the filterdid not. The wheels spokes did not fit properly in the filter). This replacement fits perfectly and is silent, so quiet that I’ve had to check to see that it is still turning. Highly recommend!

I needed a replacement part for my fish tank filter unit. The local store where I originally purchased the filter unit no longer has this type of filter unit and/or replacement parts. I was pleased to find the wheel on Amazon. It is working perfectly and I avoided the cost of buying a new filter unit.
