They must have a LOT of these lights on the boats pictured because no way are they as bright as pictured. For my purposes, didn't matter as I was just doing some muted floor lighting on a golf cart. They seem to be well made, particularly like the foam gasket that comes with each light. The gasket lets you mark out the area where you wish to install the lights and then gives a nice non-squeak seal. They are cheaper the more you buy so if you have to light up an entire boat, enough of these might be what you need.

Instead of paying $300 for the Polaris slingshot version, I install these for about 5% of the cost. Installed them under the driver and passenger dash board, and they light up very bright.

I used these lights on the interior of my Ford f150 and it turned out nice and looks great although my problem was with my package being delivered to the wrong address therefore I had to comb the entire neighborhood trying to identify the residence in which my package was delivered to and only having a small photo to go by.
