It was time to replace our old garlic press. The old one worked well, except after six years, the metal finish was starting to peel off.Also, my wife has gotten to the point where she does not have the hand strength to use the old press.Initially I was reluctant to spend $50.00 on this press, but for various reasons, the lower priced units would not work if I wanted my wife to use it.I finally read that the "double-lever assisted garlic mincer generates more force with less effort.So, I bought it. She was impressed by the design... I put a large clove into it and handed to her. Her only response when she squeezed it was WOW, just WOW.Very happy with this garlic press (super easy to clean up!)

Really like the robust construction. No doubt it will last forever. Works as expected. Fairly easy to clean after squashing a bunch of garlic!

I love garlic, but I've always hated garlic presses. They are generally messy to use and impossible to clean. I also grow my own garlic, which produce large cloves that don't fit in many presses. This press opens up well past 180 degrees, so I can fit my large cloves, and it makes it super easy to clean. It's still a little messy, and some garlic squeezes out the sides, but 9 times out of 10, I now reach for this over dicing my garlic!

I have tried many garlic presses over the years and this one is fantastic - it actually works and is so easy to use and clean. I highly recommend it.

Und obwohl kaum notwendig ist (lässt sich unter fließendem Wasser leicht reinigen) kann man sie auch in die Spülmaschine geben.

Spend your money on this quality garlic press. You don't even need to peel your garlic before you put a clove in it to press. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Highly recommend

Solid construction. Really clever design allows maximum press with less effort, and totally unique in the way the mincing grille can be flipped out to pull away the skin and debris. Can't see how this will ever fail on you. Buy quality, buy once.

This is definitely the best garlic press I’ve purchased, and I promise I’ve purchased a lot. It’s sturdy and has no squeeze out like other presses I have. My only gripe with it is that I would not call this “high capacity.” It’s pretty standard/small to me and I have other presses that can handle 2 cloves at once. This is deep-ish but not wide, so when I get larger cloves, I have to cut it down to fit. I would consider purchasing a second one and throwing my others away.

I was so excited to try this and it looks and feels heavy and of good quality. The first few cloves it worked well, but they were small. Then I tried a medium size garlic clove and it jammed. The screen part when through the back end and I couldn't open to clean it. Plus, the garlic squeezes out the sides and does not mince. So disappointed :-(
