Perfect fit on a 2005 Toyota Sienna. This style of gasket was exactly like the one original to the vehicle.I replaced these gaskets when replacing both front and rear catalytic converters.It's a metal gasket, two thin sheets of metal sandwiched together. The "shiny" side fits against the head of the engine and the dull gray side fits against the exhaust manifold.Kit contains gaskets for both sides.
